About this Program

The Bachelor of Fine art in Art Education provides students with the skills and knowledge to design and deliver art instruction in venues such as museums, youth centers, elder care facilities etc. Students who wish to additionally prepare for elementary school art teacher licensure in Minnesota or North dakota will be required to take one additional semester of student teaching/coursework.
