About this Program

This program develops the ability to recognize and appreciate the value of literature and to respond to it with a high degree of sensitivity. Majors may be selected from literature, literature/creative writing, or literature and language arts education. Open to the student of literature are careers in reviewing, writing, public relations, journalism, fashion writing, and teaching.
