About this Program

This program trains students to work in areas related to environmental protection and public health. Two program options are available: pollution control and hydrology. Pollution control students may find employment in public health; engineering; pollution control; public and private water and waste water treatment systems; environmental laboratory work; and government water resource agencies. Specific areas include operation, laboratory, instrumentation, treatment, equipment maintenance, resource management and economics, and environmental consulting firms.
