About this Program

The Natural Resource Forestry Management/Wildlife option is designed to prepare a student for direct entry into the Natural Resource field as a forestry, wildlife, or other resource technician. However, the program does have a standing articulation program with the University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point where courses will be accepted directly or as electives when transferring to their four-year forestry, wildlife or resource management degree. Our Forest Management-Wildlife Option leading to the A.A.S. degree in forest technology is one of only 22 in the U.S. to be recognized by the Society of American Foresters.
