About this Program

This program provides baccalaureate educated dental hygienists, who have graduated from an accredited institution, the opportunity to complete an undergraduate certificate in dental hygiene. The focus is to augment and deepen the knowledge, skills, and values of the professional role of the dental hygienist in the community. The course offerings are online. This part-time program may prepare those students who are interested in pursuing Metropolitan State University's, Master of Science in Advanced Dental Therapy (MSADT) program if Post-Baccaluareate Certificate students enroll in the prerequisites course for this program, DENH 420 Restorative Functions Theory and Lab. This course requires a face-to-face commitment for successful completion.
